How Do I Place An Order?
Simply click on any product you wish to purchase, then click "Add to cart".
After that you will be presented with the option to continue shopping or to proceed to checkout. When you have added everything you wish to buy into your shopping cart, calculate the postage by selecting country and state where your order will be sent. When buying multiple items or items over 10kg total in weight, please call us on 0414 774 979 for an accurate postage quote. Then click on "Checkout". Please remember that we need your address and contact telephone number to successfully process your order.
Our preferred and the safest payment option is by EFT - Electronic Funds Transfer.
Upon completing your order, we will send you a Tax Invoice with our banking details to enable you to transfer the amount due directly into our account using your own internet banking. Please remember to quote the invoice number so that we can identify your payment.
If the EFT option is not availble to you, Credit Card Payment over the Telephone is also possible. Please call 0414 77 49 79 or request that we call you for credit card details.
We also accept PayPal payments. Simply send the amount due to firstname.lastname@example.org
We only charge the actual postage and do not add any handling and packaging fees.
As such, the postage calculator in your cart is accurate for single items. If buying multiple items or when the total weight of your order exceeds 10kg and the postage displays $0.00, please contact us on 0414 77 49 79 for an accurate postage quote. We send all orders by Australia Post with tracking.
If your company has an account with a courier and you wish to use them to deliver your order, you may organize "pick up" from our warehouse after we notify you that the order is ready.
Should you discover upon receiving your order that you have accidently ordered the wrong item, you may send it back for replacement after contacting us, providing the item is unused and in resealable condition. We do not charge any restocking fees and you will only have to cover the cost of postage both ways. Any difference in the price of replacement will be either refunded or charged extra, together with the postage.
If you receive the wrong item due to our mistake, we will of course cover the return and replacement postage.
